Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at Apsara Guest House, I was truly blown away by the exceptional level of service and comfort provided. The staff, led by the efficient manager Sharma, went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. However, it was Hiran Upadhyay who truly stole the show with his unwavering attentiveness and responsiveness, making me wonder if he ever rested. His dedication truly enhanced our stay. The spacious and airy rooms exceeded all expectations, providing a serene retreat after a day of exploration. The cook's culinary skills shone through in every delectable meal served, adding a homely touch to the dining experience. The central location near Laitmukhrah made it convenient to explore the heart of Shillong, just a short walk away.In conclusion, Apsara Guest House stands out as a gem in hospitality, with its impeccable service, delightful cuisine, and prime location. I left with a deep sense of satisfaction, grateful for the attention to detail and warmth that made my stay truly extraordinary.
